With the knowledge and experience gained from his time as production manager for a major blind manufacturer for eight years, Francesco Yu commenced his own blind wholesale manufacturing business in June 2001 as Homecare Window Décor in Lilyfield.
It was a humble beginning, soon to blossom into a well established and growing business. The factory quickly shrunk from under the feet of the owner, as work started to filter through due to the reputation built, through the quality blinds and shutters manufactured.
In November 2005 the name changed to Citi Blinds & Shutters.
The factory was expanding and in May 2006 the administration and sales departments moved to new premises very close to it’s origin. |
